Reset Consultation
A relaxed, friendly visit, by phone, video call or in person. You tell me as much or as little as you like about what's feeling hard. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to prove.
Planning
Together we create a realistic approach, which space to start with, how long we'll need, and what “better” actually looks like for you.
Hands-on support
We work side by side, at your pace. You make every decision about your belongings; I bring the structure, the energy and the encouragement.
Follow-up
Gentle check-ins to help you maintain progress, and honest reassurance that wobbles are part of the process, not failure.
Your Reset Consultation
By phone, video or in person
Your first consultation is a friendly visit, and it's entirely your choice how we have it. A quick phone or video call is a lovely, low-pressure way to talk things through, perfect if you'd rather not have anyone in your home just yet.
Whenever it's possible, though, I'd gently recommend an in-person consultation. Seeing a space in real life, how the light falls, how you move around it, where things naturally pile up, tells me so much more than words or photos can. It means the plan we make together is more accurate, the time we spend is used well, and the support genuinely fits your home. Put simply, an in-person consultation helps me give you the best possible service.
