Typical UK prices at a glance
Most UK professional declutterers and home organisers charge by the hour or by the session. As a rough guide:
- Hourly rates: commonly around £25–£60 per hour outside London, and £40–£90+ in London.
- Half-day sessions (3–4 hours): often £100–£250.
- Full-day sessions (6–8 hours): often £200–£500.
- Virtual support (video sessions, body doubling): usually £15–£40 per hour.
Prices vary with experience, location, specialisms (such as ADHD support or hoarding-trained organisers) and whether travel, planning time and follow-up support are included.
What affects the cost?
- Scope. One wardrobe is a session; a whole-house reset is a project. Most organisers will help you break a big job into affordable stages.
- Travel. Some charge mileage; others (me included) include travel within their county.
- Extras that should be included. A consultation call, a personalised plan, and donation drop-offs or recycling guidance often are, check before booking.
- Storage products. A good declutterer works with what you own first. Be wary of anyone whose plan starts with a shopping list.

Is a professional declutterer worth it?
A good session doesn't just clear a room, it leaves you with systems that keep working and the experience of decluttering without shame, which changes how you approach the rest of the house. The best fit matters more than the lowest price: look for someone whose approach feels kind, who insists every decision about your belongings stays yours, and who you'd be comfortable having in your home on a bad day.
The easiest way to find out if we'd be a good fit is a free, no-obligation Reset Consultation, a relaxed 15–20 minute chat, with no judgement and no hard sell.
